A two part motorcycle theory test must be
completed by anyone wishing to take a practical motorcycle test. This
does not affect obtaining a provisional licence or completing compulsory
basic training (CBT), these can be done prior to a theory test.
We can allocate a pre booked theory test as
part of your training package. We will loan you theory test CD/DVD's for
both the multiple choice and hazard perception parts of the test. These
are no longer available from the DSA.
When you have your theory test pass we
can allocate a module 1 practical test and arrange training dates that suit you.
There are now 50 multiple choice
questions, the additional questions are mainly about first aid and eco
friendly driving. The pass rate is now 43 out of 50. The time allocated
for this part of the test has increased to 57 minutes.
To date there has been no change in our customer pass rates for the new
test. October 2009 - A new section
was introduced into the theory test. A scenario will be shown on screen and
a series of questions will be asked about it. This is explained on the
theory test CD that we lend out. |
